      I have been a long time fan of Tom Hopkins and purchased this book in May 2011....love it! This simplifies the sales process and techniques that Tom teaches. I highly recommend it for beginners and experienced sales people of ALL fields of sales. It is my belief that you will learn and be entertained leave it to Tom Hopkins to come up with this cutting edge style book.

      The last reviewers has no idea! Those sales techniques are still valid today as they were 20 years ago. Online marketing has changed -- human psychology hasn't -- and selling directly is all about human psychology.
